Personalized Therapy Solutions
Discover Your Best Fit for
Healing and Growth
What do you specialize in?
I am a dedicated therapist with a strong commitment to supporting the LGBTQ+ community. My expertise lies in Trauma Therapy, particularly in the realm of sexual trauma. I hold a certification as a Brainspotting Practitioner, and I have a special focus on helping neurodivergent and/or burnt-out teenagers dealing with anxiety and depression

What modalities/methods do you use?
I playfully liken my therapeutic approach to that of a Jackson Pollock painting – I offer a diverse array of therapeutic techniques, essentially "throwing paint" to see what resonates with you. Recognizing that there's no one-size-fits-all solution in therapy, my primary goal is to discover the therapy and modality that best suits each client's unique needs.
In my practice, I draw from a rich tapestry of therapeutic approaches, including Talk Therapy, TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), Seeking Safety, Family Systems Therapy, Brainspotting, Mindfulness, Somatic Therapy, and elements of DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy). This comprehensive toolkit allows me to tailor our sessions to create a personalized and effective therapeutic experience for you.

Therapy tailored to your unique journey; no cookie-cutter solutions here!
My goal is to help you find not only the treatment but also the therapist that works best for you. I look forward to talking with you and determining if I’m the right fit.

About Me
Sarah Fultz,
Licensed Therapist
Throughout my upbringing, my deep-seated desire to aid others was a constant. Yet, growing up in a town just 40 minutes outside of bustling Los Angeles left me grappling with the challenge of how to make a meaningful impact without seeking the spotlight. I aspired to affect change quietly, to remain inconspicuous. Simultaneously, I naturally assumed the role of the "mom" friend, the one who provided an empathetic ear, a comforting shoulder, and the occasional dose of tough love when necessary. Of course, I was also the steadfast provider of snacks – because, really, what's a "mom" friend without snacks?

When I turned 18, someone I held in high regard said something that struck a chord within me: "You would make an excellent therapist." From that moment, I was unwavering in my pursuit. As I embarked on my college journey, I initially declared a major in History. However, by my second semester, I decided to incorporate a major in Psychology. It was then that I recognized my true calling was to be the person I yearned for when I was younger, to be that source of support and understanding for others.

Outside of my office hours, you'll often find me cherishing moments with my family, savoring a cup of coffee, basking in the serenity of waterside settings (whether it's a beach or a pool, I'm content), actively engaging in NextGen Rotary events, or comfortably settled on the couch, revisiting the beloved series "Gilmore Girls" for what feels like the hundredth time.
